Reversible Cardigan Trench - 1870s Amish Wool
Heritage and fashion collide in this incredible 19th century Pennsylvania Amish quilt, converted into a reversible cardigan trench coat. The combination of quilting and a wool flannel reverse promise warmth and versatility between a variety of outfits. This rare “diamond in square” patterned quilt is showcased at the back, creating stunning visual proportions, while showcasing the craftsmanship of the quilting. The total design and silhouette sustainably use as much of the original quilt as possible, ready to wear for its next mobile lifetime.
