Free Standard Shipping in the USA
Shipping within the USA is on us. We will process and ship your order via USPS, FedEx or UPS within 1-2 business days and send you a tracking number. Standard economy U.S. shipping takes 4-7 business days, absent unforeseen weather or other emergencies.

Expedited shipping (2 business days) within the USA is $20.

International Shipping - We Ship Anywhere
Shipping to Europe and the U.K. is $50.
Shipping to Mexico is $30.

You are responsible for payment of all customs duties upon arrival.
If you refuse shipment upon arrival, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns + Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 15 calendar days of your receipt of the product, subject to the terms on this page. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must meet these conditions:
Returned items must have no visible signs (or scent) of wear or use.
Returned items must be unwashed.
Returns are not accepted based on minor imperfections in the fabric or buttons, which exist due to the vintage nature of materials used. These imperfections are not indicative of damage.
Returns are also not accepted on the basis of a disagreement with respect to any representation regarding the origin, age and other historic aspects of the materials used to create the products on this site.
To initiate a return or exchange, please:
E-mail Emma and provide (i) your order number, (ii) a list of the items that you are returning or exchanging, and (iii) for each item, your request for either a refund or an exchange.
You may ship the items via any carrier, so long as they are received by Delphia within 15 calendar days of your receipt of the order. You are responsible for return shipping.
We encourage you to retain a tracking number for your shipment — Delphia will not refund or exchange items if we do not receive them within the 15 day time period allowed for returns.
How long will it take to receive a refund or replacement product?
We will process your return within 3 business days, by taking these steps:
If your return is accepted, and you requested a refund to your original payment method, you should receive a refund within 5-10 days (we use Stripe to process payments—read more about this here) or 3-5 business days if you used PayPal (read more here), subject to the per item restocking fee. If you do not receive a refund within the foregoing time periods, please contact us promptly. We will take care of it.
If your return is accepted, and you requested an exchange for a different product or size, we will ship out your new product within 3 business days.
If your return is washed, scented, visibly worn, used or damaged, or if the garment is returned without its original tags or packaging, Delphia will notify you by e-mail within 3 business days, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
